Selectron will plan to conduct this maintenance on their Integration Server name: INTPLEASANTON (which is used to house the tunnel/connection between Tyler - Munis and our Relay Utility IVR & Outbound Systems that is managed our environment).

The scheduled outage date is – Friday, April 10th at 5PM PT. The maintenance should last 2-4 hours.

During this maintenance window, IVR will be unavailable and maintenance mode will be turned on/off by Selecton letting callers know this service is currently unavailable.
