Investigating

The Kiteworks Server (fileshare.cityofpleasantonca.gov) enterprise connect feature is currently offline. Kiteworks is still up; however, the feature that allows access to drive shares(X, Y, and U:) is currently offline. Email and regular kiteworks shares are still operational.
